Tucked away in Valakampiai — one of Vilnius’ quietest and most beautiful neighbourhoods, wrapped in pine forest — Fabrikėlis is an informal fine-dining restaurant run by chef Ovidijus Orenta. In 2024 it was added to the Michelin recommended list and climbed to 5th place among the top 30 restaurants in Lithuania. But what makes it special for a wedding isn’t the accolade. It’s the feeling of the place: unhurried, warm, and genuinely delicious.
The first time I photographed here, I understood immediately why couples choose it. Pine trees overhead, soft natural light, a table full of beautiful food, and people who are completely at ease. For a couple who dreads the stiff formality of a hotel ballroom, this is the alternative you didn’t know existed.

The Spaces
Fabrikėlis has four spaces, each with a completely different character. They can be booked individually or combined for a full venue buyout.
Wedding Ceremony
Yes — Fabrikėlis has a dedicated ceremony space on-site. This is the detail that changes everything for couples who assumed a restaurant couldn’t host the full day. You can hold your ceremony here, move straight into dinner, and transition into cocktails — all within the same beautiful property, without guests shuffling between locations.
1st Floor — The Tree-Surrounded Terrace (24 seated / 35 cocktail)
Guests consistently say the terrace is the most atmospheric space in the restaurant. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the courtyard and the pine trees beyond, flooding the room with natural light. In winter it’s warm and intimate; in summer the glass walls open and you feel as though you’re sitting in a garden. For smaller, more intimate wedding dinners, it’s a beautifully contained space where everything feels close and personal.
2nd Floor — The Mountain Cabin (34 seated / 50 cocktail)
Up the stairs is a room that feels like a completely different world — a mansard ceiling, high wooden beams, and a wood-burning fireplace at the centre of it all. Fabrikėlis describes it as an allusion to a mountain cabin, and it really does feel like that: cosy, and perfectly suited to autumn and winter weddings. After dinner, the furniture rearranges into a cocktail and dance setup with space for a DJ.
Courtyard — The Pine Grove (60 seated / 80 cocktail)
The courtyard is the crown of Fabrikėlis — 240 square metres of outdoor space framed by the Valakampiai pine forest. For summer weddings, this is where everything opens up: long tables under the trees, late-evening cocktails in forest air, the sky darkening slowly overhead. It seats 60 for dinner and 80 for a cocktail reception. One important note: if the weather turns, a rain tent is required for outdoor events — worth factoring into planning.
Whole Restaurant (full buyout)
For complete privacy and maximum flexibility — both floors plus the courtyard. One space for the ceremony, one for dinner, one for dancing. Guests move freely through the whole property and the evening unfolds naturally across all three areas.
Food & Menu
Food is the heart of Fabrikėlis — and it shows in everything. Chef Ovidijus Orenta works with local farmers, foragers, and seasonal produce to create a menu that genuinely changes with the year. They ferment, smoke, cure, and age their ingredients in-house. The result is a degustation dinner that tells a story of Lithuanian seasons on the plate.

One practical note: outside catering and outside drinks are not permitted. All food and beverages come from Fabrikėlis — which, at this quality level, is genuinely not a hardship.
The wine pairing is curated from classical, organic, biodynamic, and natural wines — with particular attention to producers the team knows personally. It’s a considered, interesting list, the kind that sparks conversation rather than just filling glasses.
After Dinner — Cocktails & Dancing
Evening doesn’t have to end with dessert. After dinner, the team can transform the upstairs room into a cocktail party space — tables moved, the DJ set up, the bar running. A professional bartender serves a specially crafted, season-inspired cocktail menu.

Venue Hours
The space is yours until midnight. After 00:00, an overtime fee of €150/hour applies. Plan your dinner, speeches, first dance, and cocktail party so the most important moments happen before midnight — the later hours are naturally quieter anyway.
Pets & Little Ones
Fabrikėlis allows pets — a small but meaningful detail for couples who want their dog at the wedding. Children’s equipment is also included at no extra cost: a highchair, swings, and a trampoline, making it easier for guests with young families to fully enjoy the evening.
