“Loftas” Salė
The main feature of the hall is its unique interior elements: a wall imitating a rock, black walls, concrete stairs, and a metal wall, which create a striking contrast and an inspiring atmosphere for creative projects. “Classic” Salė

The layout consists of a bedroom with an upholstered headboard, a spacious living area with contemporary designer furniture, and a fully functional kitchen — all designed in a matching style. “Boho” Salė

“Cyclorama PRO” Salė
The studio features an 8 × 6 m corner cyclorama with 4 m ceiling height, providing ample space for various photography and video projects.
The space includes a water shooting area and professional equipment. A suspended lighting grid is installed above the cyclorama to accommodate advanced lighting configurations and filming requirements.

Brazzi STUDIO

The studio features a dedicated makeup area, which can be rented separately. Alternatively, if you book the studio for 4 hours or more, you’ll get access to one makeup station free of charge for the entire duration of your reservation.

TIn this completely private studio you will find a white cyclorama with dimensions of 6m x 4.5m. The studio has white concrete floors, a black painted corner (both walls and floor). You will also find a faux concrete wall.
This studio also features air conditioning that will maintain the required room temperature. Makeup mirrors – one on wheels, one stationary. As well as a speaker for music, and a relaxation area with a corner sofa.
